**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Full-Time RMA Specialist to join our team for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift at our RWV-HTC facility. The primary responsibility of the RMA Specialist will be to process Return Merchandise Authorizations efficiently and accurately.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive and review incoming product returns
- Verify return eligibility and process RMAs in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of return issues
- Maintain accurate records of RMAs and related transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking returned products
- Communicate with customers regarding return status and issue resolution
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the RMA department
**Working Hours:**
This is a full-time position on the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift at the RWV-HTC facility. Successful candidates must be able to work during these hours regularly.
