Roslyn Home Care is Hiring an Outside Sales Rep, Client Care Coordinator Near Sacramento, CA

Client Care Coordinator (Outside Sales Role)

Roslyn Home Care is locally owned and family operated by medical professionals and first responders. We provide our clients and their families with access to resources in family planning, elder care, preparedness, legal services, and more.

Our primary service is to provide caregiving services to elderly and disabled.

This is an outside sales position. Compensation is base plus commission.

Base Salary $34,000-55,000 DOE
OTE $96,122 per year (inclusive of base)

Commissions are not capped.

Care Coordinators are required to meet minimum weekly billable hours.
90-day ramp

Prior sales and marketing experience highly desirable. (See job duties below)

***Experience in any facet of the healthcare community (Hospital, Mental Health, Caregiving, RCFE, SNF, Rehab Hospital, Medical Clinics, Social work, etc) is Highly Desirable

Remote work location in northern california. We are growing, join us!
Team meetings over Zoom and in-person at shared workspaces.

This position REQUIRES a California State DOJ criminal background check via Live Scan fingerprinting. A clean criminal history is recommended to expedite processing.

This position REQUIRES reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed.

This position has three primary functions:
- Account Management (Care Coordination)
- Business Development (Outside Sales)
- Recruiting

Account Management Duties:

- Schedule caregivers for requested shifts
- Orient caregivers to clients, including specific needs and procedures
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management and scheduling matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate care agreements and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with billing including checking for accuracy and timeliness of invoices and payments
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Business Development Duties:

- Develop new business with new and existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the target market
- Utilize warm calling techniques to establish rapport and build relationships with prospects
- Identify and qualify leads for tracking and follow-up
- Research and gather information on potential clients and industry trends
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for business development
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

Recruiting Duties:

- Identify current and future hiring needs
- Assist recruiting team with developing job descriptions and specifications
- Attract suitable candidates through online employment forums, social media, etc
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Direct new hires to complete on-boarding paperwork.
- Verify completeness of paperwork for new hires.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Experience:

- Previous experience in outbound calling or business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships
- Knowledge of the target market and industry trends
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
