Duties:
- Manage and supervise daily operations within designated areas, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities
- Coordinate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee banquet and catering services, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Implement food service management procedures to optimize efficiency and quality
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel or catering environment
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of cookery
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient service delivery
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers
