Personal Injury plaintiff's firm is hiring a mid-level associate to join its dynamic team.

Aminimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Plaintiff's PI work is required, as is a current and active admission to the New York Bar. Research and writing skills are essential for the successful candidate; courtroom experience is considered a plus, but is not essential.

Assist and support partners and senior attorneys with

• client intake interviews
• case evaluation
• case strategy and file management
• taking and defending depositions
• drafting and filing actions, motions and briefs
• research
• trial preparation
• court appearances

Conveniently located in Garden City, NY the firm represents plaintiffs across NYC, Nassau and Suffolk counties. This position requires in-office work, full time. No relocation offered.
