Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property occupancy.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property including maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations
- Market available units to prospective tenants and conduct property tours as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations including LIHTC and Section 8 programs
- Utilize Appfolio or similar software for property management tasks
- Perform real estate maintenance tasks such as cleaning apartments, to yard maintenance, and snow removal
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution

- Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly

Requirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance, rehabbing, leasing, sales, and management
- Familiarity with LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in Appfolio or similar property management software
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements
- Strong administrative abilities to handle various property-related tasks

- Trades familiarity is key - plumbing, electrical, painting, construction , and drywall

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
