About This Job

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales &Marketing department. This is an important role with our client that drivesrevenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existingaccounts. As a Sales Executive, you will develop and execute strategic salesplans, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provideinsights to the product and marketing teams. This role involves leadgeneration, negotiation, closing deals, and account management. By contributingsignificantly to the company’s foothold in the competitive InformationTechnology Services sector, you will drive organizational revenue growth andmarket presence.

 

What You Will Be Doing

·Drive market expansion: Develop and implementstrategic sales initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and growth.

Cultivate client relationships: Forge andnurture partnerships with potential clients to boost

·profitable revenue through strategic businessopportunities.

·Enhance proposal development: Collaborate withvarious teams to craft comprehensive proposals that effectively address and resolveclient challenges.

·Optimize sales forecasting: Employ CRM tools tometiculously track sales activities and accurately predict future trends, supportinginformed strategic planning.

To Be Considered For the Role

·A least 4 years of experience in a relevant areaof sales.

·A proven track record of revenue generation,client retention, and sales target achievement.

·Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, including the ability to make presentations.

The ability to balance the pursuit of quick sales withthe nurturing of long-term partnerships will be key to their success.Additionally, our ideal candidate possesses the following:

·Extensive past experience in establishing anetwork of potential clients in the IT industry, excluding LinkedIn contacts, with a proven trackrecord of revenue generation and client retention are preferred.

·Extensive past experience engaging andinfluencing C-level decision-makers are preferred.

·Extensive past experience selling IT services,including IT professional services, staffing, and staff augmentation, with a focus on the IT industryare preferred.

·Substantial past experience with CRM systems,marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.

·A deep understanding of selling nearshore ITprofessional services is preferred.

·A working knowledge of customer relationshipmanagement systems (CRM) such as Salesforce or Hubspot, and marketing automation tools suchas: LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

·4 years of experience managing commercialprocesses in IT services.

·4 years of experience in opening newopportunities, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
