Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office including but not limited to daily reporting, accounts receivable/payables and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft office
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
