**Retail Sales Associate**

**Full-time, hourly, position (32-40 hours per week)**

**Part-time, hourly position (under 30 hours per week, scheduling flexibility)**

**Most positions require availability on weekends**

**Pay range: $13.50 to $15.00 for the right candidate**

Footwise in Corvallis is adding positions to is customer service team.

We're looking for dedicated, comfort-shoe loving person with a passion for helping customers.

The most qualified candidates will:

- Be excited to use their knowledge of shoes, fashion and feet to meet their customer's needs

- Show a warm, outgoing and sincerely friendly personality

- Be an energetic self-starter, easy to get along with and a team player

- Be detail oriented

- Have great work habits including being punctual, reliable, honest and accountable

- Be comfortable with Windows and retail computer systems (RetailPro a plus)

- Have 1-year minimum experience in retail

Our part-time positions offer more hours in the summer months with a flexible schedule year-round. Average hours of about 15-20 per week with the schedule including some weekend shifts.
