Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager / Applications Engineer – Denver CO (MEP & or Mechanical Contractor)

This is a full-time position with a growing stable company
$95-150K depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Review construction documents, generate RFIs, and evaluate product suitability.
Produce and review project deliverables promptly.
Provide expertise in product selection and application.
Manage pre-construction tasks and project timelines.
Support accounting and attend client meetings as needed.
Collaborate with vendors on project design.
Comfortable working in office and field settings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
4 years of relevant experience, consulting preferred.
Strong communication skills and initiative.
Proficiency in HVAC systems and AutoCAD.
PE or EIT/FE certification a plus.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Background check and drug test required.
Mathematical Skills:Strong arithmetic and graph interpretation abilities.
Able to move and lift 50 lbs
Engineering Skills:
Capable of operating computer equipment and performing physical tasks.
This Job Is:
Open to Mechanical Project Management with Design MEP & Construction experience a Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR 4 years of HVAC or MEP Construction, ASHRAE experience in Project Management and ability to travel occasionally
