We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant familiar with the dynamics of competitive sales environments. This role is perfect for former loan officers, realtors, and others with a background in commission-based sales. You’ll leverage your understanding of sales to source, interview, and place candidates effectively.
- Develop, update, and actively post job descriptions across various platforms tailored to attract top talent.
- Utilize databases and social media to source candidates with a focus on engaging those from sales backgrounds.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews, using your sales acumen to assess candidates’ potential for success.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Evaluate candidates for both skills and fit, considering the unique dynamics of sales-driven roles.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in real estate or financial services; less experience considered if demonstrating strong potential.
- Skilled in conducting various interview types and using online tools.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer systems.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Open to candidates with no experience up to 3 years, especially those from a sales background.
- Monday to Friday
