Rosso Site Development, Inc. a road construction and site development company located in Palm Beach County, is currently looking for a Project Coordinator. The position will work closely with the Operations Manager, Onsite Supervisors and the Client to ensure the projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities

• Submittals for Prime and Subcontractors
• MOT plan design
• Create and maintain schedule
• Work closely with Operations Manager and Project Supervisors
• Scheduling and tracking of testing including reports & invoice reconciliation
• Change Order Creation & Tracking
• RFI Creation & Tracking
• Seeking and reviewing material and trucking quotes
• Scheduling material deliveries

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in road construction or related field is required.
• Must be familiar will the procurement of road construction services, RFI’s, AIA pay applications, change orders, schedules, etc.
• Expertise in reading plans
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Primavera or Microsoft Project)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to following in place systems
• Experience in developing MOT plans preferred but not required
