**Job Overview:**

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support the HR department by handling various HR functions. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, recruiting, benefits administration, and data entry.

**Duties:**

- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR initiatives

- Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires

- Handle benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist in HR projects such as performance management, training programs, and compliance activities

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in HR functions with a focus on data collection and analysis

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
