Ultimate Staffing Services, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., specializes in placing administrative, customer service, call center, HR, sales, and manufacturing talent across various industries. We are seeking an MSP/On-Premise Service Manager for our Ventura County client to manage temporary and direct hire staffing needs. This role involves developing relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, conducting full-scale recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and testing candidates, and ensuring all pre-hire requirements are met. The manager will oversee the onboarding process and manage Ambassadors (our term for placed individuals), addressing performance issues, employment relations, payroll, billing, and compliance.

What Do We Look For?

• 2 years in staffing/recruiting, preferably with On-Site Management (staffing environment)
• Individuals who live in Ventura County as they will commute on occasion to the client's location
• Individuals with a strong business acumen and customer service skills
• Strong communicators with excellent problem resolution skills
• Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values

• Bachelor's degree or transferrable experience
