Roto-Rooter, headquartered in downtown Cincinnati, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Director of Paid Media to generate insights, provide vision, offer recommendations, and implementation details for lead generation channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of leveraging research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and continuous enhancements.

• Actively collaborate with the Director to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
• Analyze market trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Manage and execute multi-tactical paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
• Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing performance media campaigns, particularly focused on Google paid search.
• Google Adwords certification coupled with a strong understanding of PPC advertising principles.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficient in analytics, data interpretation and critical problem-solving.
• Experience in a media agency or digital/interactive agency environment is advantageous.
