Rouen Chrysler has been family owned and operating since 1986, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking BDC Representative to join our team!
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads, and meeting sales quota or being willing to adapt and learn! You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers from first contact until they are in the door. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department
- Develop leads through our internet sales department and current customer base
- Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns and products
- Tracking personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to increase results of the department
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Essential Job Skills:
- Good written, and verbal communication skills
- High organized, with an ability to learn quickly
- Results-driven and motivated for sales
- Excellent customer service
- Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
- Sales experience is preferred
- Has prior CRM experience and is computer savvy
- Vinsolutions experience is perferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
