Round Table Brewery is Hiring a Bartender Near Garnerville, NY

Our brewery focuses on producing high quality beer with a balanced well rounded body and an appealing mouthfeel with no after flavors, using both conventional and mixed fermentation methods. We’re going back to what the beer experience is all about – sharing moments with Round Table Brewery authentic, quality brews becoming the flavor of the gathering.

**Job Summary:**

$13/hr plus tips

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer and giving exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely and friendly manner.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly

- Take food orders and help ensure they get delivered with accuracy and efficiency

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety standards

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption

- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately using POS systems

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies

**Skills:**

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficiency in food handling and beverage preparation

- Experience with POS systems for order processing

- Strong sales skills to promote our club 84 membership and upsell items

- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends

- Understanding of food safety regulations

- Familiarity with Arryved POS system is a plus

- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change

- Interest or experience in brewing is advantageous

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
