Position Summary
The Default Integration Manager of Default Servicing coordinates, organizes, and represents the Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Claims, Property Preservation, REO, and Asset Management areas with the objective of maximizing and ensuring compliance with regulations and service delivery to both internal and external customers. The Business Integration Manager of Default Servicing reports to the SVP of Default Servicing.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensures completeness of department’s policies and procedures
Serve as key point of contact for internal and external audits and QC examinations
Research and respond to all internal and external audit and QC findings
Partner with Leadership on applicable remediation action plans
Track and report on findings, remediation action plans, and process improvements
Coordinate interactions relating to department initiatives and ensure department follows through on commitments
Participate in projects/initiatives with upstream and downstream departments to maximize accuracy and efficiency of servicing operations
Report initiative progress and business trends to senior leadership
Participate in strategic initiatives to support continued growth and service delivery excellence such as servicing technology implementations and process changes
Develop management reporting to display service levels, audit performance, audit pipelines, and enhancement tracking
Monitor compliance with all agencies, GSE, and investor guidelines
Execute additional duties/projects, as assigned
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and other lines of business to coordinate audit responses across business units
Incumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance
Qualifications
Required:
3-5 years’ experience within the financial industry
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
Strong financial controls background
Thorough knowledge of regulations and guidelines pertaining to department subject matter
Proven track record changing and improving processes and procedures
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
Practical experience with BKFS/ICE technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interface with external clients and internal business partners
Desired:
Bachelor's degree
Certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association or other related professional organizations is a plus
Experience communicating with regulators, auditors, and financial examiners
