**Inventory Control and Packing Manager**

Rounds-Production Operations Reno, Nevada Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Compensation **Depending on Experience** This is a position that will oversee the daily inventory, labeling and rotation of food product and it's packing for customer deliveries.

This is a hands on position and will have 3-5 direct reports.

Strong communications skills required, will interact heavily with food production managers.

*Rounds Bakery delivers fresh sandwiches, snacks, pastries and more, in wholesale and grab-n-go environments*

Manage and lead packing and labeling team to complete fresh food orders for daily distribution

Manage labeling/packing inventory, prepare and place labeling/packing inventory orders

Manage and lead team members

Must have active ServSafe Managers Food Safety Certificate

Key Skills required:

Experience working with food

Packing experience, beneficial

Problem solving skills

Read and write

Basic math skills

Leadership and training skills

Department scheduling, time card and employee management, etc.

Compensation:
