Locally owned and operated Router12 Networks, LLC, a fast-growing broadband internet provider in North Central Iowa and Southern Minnesota, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to assist with operations, scheduling, dispatch, support, and customer communications.
Successful applicants should have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, knowledge and experience with consumer electronics and computers, and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with clients via phone, social media and in-person.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Adhere to phone etiquette and customer service standards.
