We need: A Full Time Experienced Florist Salesperson at our new Winchester retail location.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional floral/plant experience.

You must have at least 2 years of floral as a base requirement. Plant care knowledge is a huge plus. You must have a a strong interest and passion for the industry. You are open to learning new skills. You also must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, be able to lift and move display tables as necessary as well as other objects, such as plants, pots and floral related items with ease. The physical requirements of this position require you to be on your feet the entire workday. You, having a retail or customer service background will also be a huge plus.

You must have an eye for detail and a strong passion for helping customers with custom orders, order placement, floral plant sales and design as well as retail sales.

You must be comfortable as well as excel in selling our product in the boutique environment of Rouvalis Flowers.

You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, show great organizational skills, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills, with customers and our entire Rouvalis team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
