Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Supervise and train staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Operate POS system and cash register efficiently.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Implement store merchandising and visual standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales and store management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees is a plus.
