Full job description

Roy Briley General Contractor is seeking a dedicated Project manager who will oversee contractors, manage internal resources, and coordinate with agencies and property owners. Able to attend and regularly visit sites during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeouts. Able to attain high customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of services. Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. The schedule is 4/10s, you get to enjoy life with your family.COMPETENCIES:

Responsibilities:·

  • Familiarization with project construction documents and estimate.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for residential and commercial projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling and leading project meetings.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for successful project completion.
  • Monitor project status to ensure it stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Problem-solve and address project-related challenges.· Prepare and negotiate change orders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or 10 years of field/management experience in a related trade.
  • Proven experience managing residential and commercial projects.· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong work ethic.· Proficient working with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Project.
  • Has a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
