As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the Manager-On-Duty (MOD), overseeing daily restaurant activities and supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams in various areas, including cashier, cook, kitchen prep, backline, drive-thru, and front house departments.
• Follow all cash control and security procedures (e.g., safe counting, cash drawers).
• Motivate and inspire Team Members during the shift at each workstation.
• Set a positive example for Team Members by working hard to implement shift plans and achieve operational results.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Access all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service area, production, and stock areas.
• Lift and push objects weighing over 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and treat guests with respect.
