Job SummaryThe Risk Management Assistant performs technical and clerical duties related to liability, property and workers compensation claims, litigation support, and data monitoring and maintenance. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Director of Risk Management. Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitate communication with RAM Operations on Risk Management and Fair Housing Department matters
Update the Knack Incident Reporting System to ensure the accuracy of the information
Provide administrative support to Risk Management and Fair Housing Personnel
Work with Director of Risk Management and New Business Department in reviewing prospective property takeover crime mapping and loss runs to identify risks before takeover of management
Assist in compiling documentation for incident reports, lawsuits, reasonable accommodation/ modifications.
Obtain and maintain certificates of insurance from third-party owners
Processing credit card statements and invoices for department.
Ensure all new takeover properties are added to workers comp policy and secondary liability. Send necessary information to Peoples First Insurance agent to be added
Assist in composing a variety of materials for the purpose of putting out monthly correspondence to properties on safety, workers compensation, incident reporting, reasonable accommodations/ modifications.
