Royal Apparel is a family owned manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing Specialist to join our apparel company. Summary:

 The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the fashion industry coupled with exceptional creative skills. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing various digital marketing initiatives to promote our brand across wholesale and retail platforms. 

Responsibilities: 

Email Marketing: 

  • Develop captivating email marketing campaigns tailored for both wholesale and retail channels. 
  • Craft compelling content and visuals to engage customers and drive conversions. 

Digital Marketing Collateral: 

  • Create and maintain images for profile pages, banners, pop-ups, display ads, and social media campaigns. 
  • Generate visually appealing and on-brand graphics to enhance digital presence and attract target audiences. 
  • Digital catalog and look book layouts, image selection, and graphics. 
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all digital marketing materials. 

Website Management: 

  • Curate and update website images regularly to reflect current product offerings, trends and promotions. 
  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website layout and user experience. 

Photo Shoot Coordination: 

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of photo shoots, including still, lifestyle, and laydowns. 
  • Work closely with photographers and models to execute creative visions. 
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure successful photo shoot outcomes. 

Time & Attendance:

We understand the importance of flexibility in today's work environment, and as such, this position offers a flexible office arrangement. While remote work options are available, some in-office presence is required to facilitate collaboration and ensure efficient workflow. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to negotiate a schedule that balances remote work with on-site responsibilities.

Please note that certain tasks, such as photo shoot coordination and team meetings, may necessitate on-site presence. However, we are committed to accommodating individual needs and fostering a supportive work environment conducive to both productivity and work-life balance.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Creative experience in graphic design and marketing; preferably within the fashion industry. 
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling assets. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and innovate. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally within a team.
