Position: Mattress Production, Warehouse Work, Deliveries

Royal Bedding is a small family owned business, not too many left these days. Employees treat each other with respect. We do what is needed to take care of customers within the framework of integrity and quality. We are looking for those who want to join us. New employees will be trained in all aspects of the business they are asked to perform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect the assets of Royal Bedding(handling raw materials, machinery, office and warehouse supplies, and finished goods in a professional manner)
• Production of all products (will be trained)
• Loading and delivering of mattresses and foundations in a safe secure manner
• Cleaning and maintaining the machinery and the facilities
• Maintain the highest level of honesty and integrity
• Maintain good customer relations

Qualifications:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• A valid Alabama driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to drive pick up truck with box trailer
• Reliable transportation
• Teachable and willing to carry out instructions
• Self-motivated

Position Summary: This associate must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting new people and adapting to unfamiliar situations. They must be able to build rapport and put others at ease while building a trusting relationship.

Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include standing on concrete all day, walking, lifting product 50 lbs., grasping, bending, stacking, loading, etc. Operation of machinery such as saws, fork lift, truck, etc. Have the sense of seeing, hearing, and having full power of speech.

Mental Competencies: The individual must be able to comprehend and perform “business math” calculations necessary for dealing with warehouse products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
