Role Description:
We seek a full-time Product Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will oversee developing and managing our racquet sports club software, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver high-quality products and features that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build products and new experiences.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the racquet sports world
- Own product development from conception to launch, including planning, development, and release
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and steer the product roadmap
- Define and analyze key metrics to guide product development and measure success
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution toward achieving that vision
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Define clear product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on product direction and updates
Qualifications:
- 3 years of product management experience, with a focus on software products
- Proven experience in Product Management, particularly in software development and Agile methodologies
- Strong skills in product road mapping, market research, and defining product requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience working in software product management
- Demonstrated passion for technology and racquet sports
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- You’ve got positive energy are optimistic about the future and are determined to get there
- You’re never tired of learning
