Royal Community Support is Hiring a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Royal Community Support is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing behavioral health services to the individuals we service.

This role will be flexible and the successful applicant will be able to work remotely.

Duties:
- Conduct check-in and follow ups with families seeking behavioral support guidance
- Utilize medical records and maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations
- Perform basic assessments and provide ongoing behavioral health support
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with professional standards

Skills:
- Proficiency in evaluation techniques
- Strong assessment skills
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices
- Ability to collect and interpret data effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
