Personal Care Assistant

Duties:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, Catheter bag drainage, Diaper change
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques
- Support clients with medication reminders and administration
- Help with meal planning, preparation, and groceries, accompany medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
