**Responsibilities:**

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide information about products and services

- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

- Upsell products and services to increase revenue

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to analyze customer needs

- Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies

- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Experience in QuickBooks is Required

- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally

Royal Interpack covers a 35 acres site in Chonburi, Thailand where we recycle PET bottles to RPET sheets to RPET/ PET rigid packaging serving produce, bakery, food processors, convenience (Grab-n-Go) and deli markets.
