  • Help customers build financial resilience,
  • Help employers provide a highly valued resilience package for their employees, and
  • Support financial advisers’ corporate offering, to improve employee financial resilience and grow their advice business.
As a Proposition Analyst you will gather insight, conduct analysis, and solve problems as a key member of the team. You will work closely with the product owner to shape the proposition and the wider squad to define requirements.
In addition, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery teams in implementing changes to improve the experiences and outcomes of customers, employers, and financial advisers.
About The Role
  • Gather information on market trends and customer behaviours to bring industry-leading insight to the team.
  • Generate and recommend ideas to influence priorities for change.
  • Solve problems and find ways to achieve the targeted outcomes of the change, analysing options and recommending the best approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to detail the design requirements and implement solutions and experiences.
  • Test solutions and experiences with customers, employers, and advisers – gathering continuous feedback to support the design of solutions and experiences.
  • Ensuring that the end-to-end user journey is considered and kept up to date.
  • Provide expertise to maintain and support Royal London’s propositions.
About You
  • Proven experience within the financial services sector, preferably in pensions or other long-term savings products.
  • A curious and open mind, showing an interest data, new experiences and diversity of thoughts and beliefs. Be able to demonstrate how you’ve used this to solve existing challenges and find new opportunities.
  • Relevant experience working in an agile delivery environment, with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Confident written and verbal communications to internal and external audiences.
  • A team player with the ability to progress initiatives autonomously.
  • A willingness to take ownership of problems and show accountability.
