The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a precision sheet metal shop. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as possess strong skills in interacting with customers. We provide quick turn around time on both prototype and production sheet metal fabrication for Medical/Dental, Military, Aerospace, Automotive and Lighting companies.

Candidate must have experience with CNC Lasers, Punching, forming and milling type machinery, as well as welding and grinding process. Knowledge and capabilities of both CAD and CAM systems used to program these machines. We use Solidworks, AutoCAD, Fabriwin and Mastercam. THe individual we are seeking needs to be capable of articulating complex engineering details from our customers to our employees. This individual that we are looking for will be responsible for planning, expediting and inspecting the quality in all aspects of our business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
