Royalty Staffing is Hiring a RN Supervisor Concierge Nursing Services Near Braintree, MA
- Meet clients and families in their home setting
- Develop a plan of care including nursing and support services that meet the client's needs
- Determine what care giver team members are appropriate to meet the client's needs and manage that team ongoing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial factors, to ensure holistic care planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate seamless delivery of care and optimize client outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate clients' responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly to promote optimal health and well-being
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications to empower them in self-care and promote long-term health goals
- Available to client and team on a daily basis to ensure services are provided timely and in full compliance with the clients stated desires
- COVID vaccination required
- Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred
- Experience with wound care, vaccine administration, vents, and tracheostomy
- Supervisory experience
- Prior home care experience REQUIRED
- Private pay experience preferred
- 3 years clinical experience
- Valid US Drivers License
