What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Roybal's Income Tax Service?
We are looking for two seasonal employees during the months of January through April (possibly May depending on work load) to help with extra work during our busy tax season. This person must have recent office experience who can commit to the schedule shown below, is reliable, and trust worthy. Job duties include data entry, answering phones, taking messages, filing, billing, interacting with clients with a polite, professional and respectful demeanor. This employee needs to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and have an active drivers license. The hours of work and schedule are unfortunately non-negotiable and are as follow:
Seasonal Employee #1:
Monday 2:30pm- 7:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 7:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00am- 4:00pm
Seasonal Employee #2:
Tuesday 2:30pm- 7:30pm
Thursday 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday: 2:00pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00am- 4:00pm
Approximate Start Date: January 15, 2025
Approximate End Date: April 15, 2025
