The Media Manager will work closely with the Head of Media, Account Leadership, Creative and other internal teams, as appropriate, on the planning and execution of digital and traditional client campaigns, including tagging and trafficking. This role is also responsible for monitoring digital campaign results and making/presenting optimization recommendations based on regular report generation and performance analysis.

Job Responsibilities
Research and develop media plans while working through media strategy with the Head of Media.
Deliver and present (internally and to clients) all assigned media plans, obtain specs, coordinate with media vendors understanding specs/delivery timelines. Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for all media vendors.
Traffic all final creative to vendors.
Manage client media reporting documents and dashboards, as needed.
Management of digital media campaigns that meet client goals and stay on-budget.
Assist in educating the agency on digital media best practices, trending and emerging technologies.
Aide in the research of digital media and analytics vendors.
Manage all media related client media, media fee and commission billings with the Account Leadership team and internal operations and finance leaders.

This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work.

Requirements:Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field required
Additional Qualifications
Understanding of Microsoft Office products
Experience with Keynote a plus
2-3 years' relevant experience (agency or media experience preferred)
Experience with media and agency software (Advantage, eTelmar, Strata, etc.) is a plus, but not required
Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords certification is preferred, but not required
Entrepreneurial-minded with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple campaigns at a time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
