Compliance Manager
Job Description:
Seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including employee onboarding, wage and hour laws, licensing, and required reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employee onboarding and employer obligations
- Maintain good standing in required jurisdictions
- Obtain and manage state healthcare licensing for temporary staff placement
- Prepare and submit necessary reports
- Improve department controls, systems, and procedures
- Assist other departments with compliance-related decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements and wage/hour laws
- Experience in Payroll, Staffing, or related fields
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent math and computer proficiency
- High level of accuracy and efficiency
- Attention to detail and data analysis skills
- Willingness to adhere to all regulations
