Claims Specialist, Pharmacy
Location: Taunton, MA - Remote
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve payer rejected claims promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to compliance standards while mitigating financial risks.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and commercial billing requirements.
- Understand revenue cycle functions within pharmacy practice.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of insurance billing experience.
- Experience in third party billing or collections in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and commercial billing requirements.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
