Schedule: Monday Friday (with possible weekends); 1st shift (9:00 AM 6:00 PM) and 2nd shift (3:00 PM 12:00 AM) available.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy experience.
- LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
