Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee the general ledger accounting process.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA certification preferred).
- 5 years in accounting.
- Big 4/8 Experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
