The position: The Customer Care Associate plays a pivotal role in RPM Livings centralization strategy by answering all incoming calls and emails, handling customer questions and complaints, and transferring potential leads to our CRM team. Acting as the voice of RPMs communities, this role exemplifies the values of our organization and provides customers with the highest levels of service.
Responsibilities:Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid drivers license.
