• Maintain a safety-first culture
• Supervise and implement the preventative maintenance program
• Schedule preventative maintenance with minimum disruption of building services and all expenses related to site projects
• Perform and/or delegate preventative maintenance tasks to the appropriately qualified maintenance staff member
• Maintain existing and install new equipment
• Provide formal supervision and training to individual employees within a single functional or operational area
• Provide hands on training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of the operations staff
• Recommend and estimate facilities repairs and improvements for budgetary consideration
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Reliability Maintenance & Engineering business partners and Operations Maintenance team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
