Summary:

Join our dynamic team in Williamsville, NY, where excellence meets opportunity. We are in search of a skilled and dynamic B2B E-Commerce Associate to spearhead our efforts in the jewelry industry. Experience in retail or wholesale jewelry is a plus, but not required.

As an E-Commerce Associate, you will engage in a variety of activities aimed at fostering and expanding our business-to-business relationships within the jewelry sector. This includes onboarding potential new accounts, active participation in trade shows, proactive customer outreach, and assisting management with corporate accounts. Please note that this is an in-office position and does not support remote work arrangements.

Depending on experience, compensation ranges from $20/hour - $25/hour. We offer a commission structure where you can earn up to $75,000 in base and commission annually. Commission metrics are earned by net sales growth within your territory at 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% thresholds. Base salary compensation is paid bi-weekly and commission compensation is paid quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize all aspects of the company’s e-commerce accounts.

Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately in a timely fashion.

Continuously monitor key performance indicators related to e-commerce sales.

Onboard new accounts and ensure existing accounts are operating within agreements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper inventory management, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Engage in daily outbound calls, inbound calls, email communication, and literature distribution.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of e-commerce account management or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Highly motivated self-starter.

Demonstrated success in managing e-commerce accounts.

Knowledge of the jewelry industry, B2B-focused brands, or USA/Canadian companies is advantageous.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
