We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Rep to join our boutique showroom selling custom Shades and Blinds in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and successful sales initiatives. We are looking for the right candidate to start immediately to train (paid) in our Fort Lauderdale showroom. The hours are M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM -4PM. You must have your own car and clean background history. We also need someone that wants to work overtime hours on Saturday. Flexibility on Saturdays is expected. Experience with Marketing, graphic design and Social Media is a plus, but not a must. We are looking for someone proactive that is sales driven, has ideas and wants to help our business grow.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for our Boca Raton Showroom visitors;
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products;
• Efficiently handle inbound phone inquiries and schedule estimates and installations if needed.
• Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to our social media presence by creating engaging content utilizing our video and photo resources.
• Drive business development efforts to expand market reach and increase sales;
• Efficiently handle inbound phone inquiries and schedule estimates and installations if needed.
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and generate invoices using QuickBooks if needed.
• Maintain showroom organized and clean.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Marketing and/or social media experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of SEO or AdWords is highly appreciated.
