RRC Companies is Hiring a Professional Land Surveyor Near Pflugerville, TX

Job DescriptionRRC is seeking a self-motivated Professional Land Surveyor to supervise, review, and sign survey drawings and documents in the San antonio, TX area. Candidate must be familiar with federal, state and local laws and requirements pertaining to surveying. The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day survey operations and assist in the development of the survey division.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Direct and perform all aspects of acquiring, processing, analyzing and compiling data to prepare maps, documents, and deliverables for the following:
    • Boundary surveys
    • Topographic surveys
    • Control and design surveys
    • Plats
    • Records of survey
    • ALTA/ACSM surveys
    • Lot line adjustments
    • Easement acquisitions
  • Assist in development of survey division
  • Manage all day-to-day survey operations
  • Submit applicable documents
  • Perform office surveying tasks and occasional field related tasks
Job Requirements
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising oil and gas, topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys
  • Working knowledge of Topcon/Trimble GPS survey equipment, Trimble Business Center, Survey Pro and Carlson Survey or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Construction staking experience
  • Some travel may be required
