Tasks

As a CustomerService & Support Manager at rready youll be instrumentalin ensuring our corporate clients receive exceptional operativesupport and guidance to maximize their experience with ourinnovation management solutions.

You assist corporates such asTetra Pak or Roche in a timely matter on operational tasks andtechnical issues.

  • Serve as the primarypoint of contact for clients seeking assistance with operationaltasks such as designing marketing campaigns ordering merchandisingand navigating technical difficulties with oursoftware.
  • Manage and prioritize incomingsupport requests ensuring timely resolution and effectivecommunication with clients.
  • Work closely withinternal teams including product development and sales to addressclient issues and improve the overall customerexperience.
  • Identify opportunities for processimprovements and efficiencies within the customer supportfunction.
  • Track and analyze customer supportmetrics such as response times and customer satisfaction scores todrive continuousimprovement.
