Position Overview

Team Members provide exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Crew to support operational standards and procedures. This position is directed by the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders and involves direct interactions with guests and members of the operations team.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Pay Transparency

Starting Pay Rate - Up to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists customers with menu orders while making additional recommendations.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Serves food items by all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Supports the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange correct information in these situations.
• Tolerance to cold and hot temperatures and able to work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for an entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
