**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Department Lead to oversee operations in our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and shipping/receiving processes. **Duties:** - Manage day-to-day activities within the department to ensure efficient operations - Supervise a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity goals - Oversee inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records - Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain workflow - Provide training and guidance to team members on safety protocols and best practices **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues - Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management systems - Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a thriving warehouse environment.
