ContractJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Business Analyst to support business intelligence through repeatable and ad hoc reporting, enabling informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze process performance, identify issues, and present findings clearly.
- Standardize methods for recording, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale data ETL processes.
- Modify databases and direct changes by programmers and analysts.
- Test and correct errors in programs or databases.
- Research emerging data analysis products and techniques.
- Provide data insights and reporting to leadership to drive revenue improvements.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain executive dashboards and periodic reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; Master’s preferred.
- 6 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Vertica.
- Experience in business planning, e-commerce analytics, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with ETL processes, statistical tools (R or SAS), and programming languages (Python).
- Fluency in Korean and English preferred.
