ContractJob DescriptionThe Technology Merger Acquisition and Divestiture (MAD) Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing technology integration and separation activities. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech workstreams, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute technology integration and separation activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions.
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage all aspects of multiple related projects.
- Establish structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
- Drive consistency across the project portfolio and support change management within the organization.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for project management and execution.
- At least 8 years of experience managing technology mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture programs.
- 5 years of strong program delivery experience across 3 or more technology workstreams (e.g., information security, infrastructure, identity, email, corporate systems, advertising technology, production technology, Vendor Management, Data Migrations).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to support business and IT strategic objectives.
