Regional Security Consulting (RSC ST LOUIS) is looking to hire a reliable and professional Assistant Site Manager.

As the ASM you will be responsible for
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses

Actively Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards

Schedule Staff and maintain payroll/time keeping records

Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs

Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

Write and/or review reports on incidents and breaches

Investigate and resolve issues

Leading the team in incident management and conflict resolution

Create reports for RSC executive and client management on security status

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as assistant security manager or similar position

Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g., CCTV)

Experience in reporting and emergency response planning

Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

Reasonable understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis

Working knowledge of MS Office and Quick Books

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

Committed and reliable

Ability to adapt and overcome to everchanging company and client needs, developments, and landscape.

Periods of prolonged standing and walking at events, or general operations.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
